Super Bowl is one of the top 5 longest horned bulls in the breed. He is one only two 70"+ bulls to sire two or more 70" t2t plus sons. Soon Super Bowl will be the only bull to have 3 or more 70" plus sons. This would make him one of or the leading horn producing bulls in the industry. Add to that the over 70" t2t cow TY Gun Frost. She is a tremendous producer creating both big horned daughters and big horned bulls calves. We believe that Super Lee will be her first to reach the 70" t2t club (That would then give Super Bowl four plus sons with 70"+ t2t). With both a 70"t2t dam and sire Super Lee is one of a select few to have the consistent horn producing genetics that will lead to the ease of horn prediction in future production. We believe in breeding for the future as well as breeding for the market. Super Lee is a purchase we made to grab a hold of both. Super Lee is currently ready to breed, however as a partnership bull all partners have agreed to hold him back from breeding until later in the Summer. We are doing this for several reasons. First we want to allow him to get into prime breeding condition, we are keeping him in a fertilized pasture full of fresh grass and nutrition for maximum horn growth. Second, we are planning for Spring calving so that his first calf crop will have the best chance at being all that they can be. Third, this extra time will allow us to sort out our cows to allow him to have the best planned breeding we can develop. At this time we have no plans to collect him or offer any pasture breeding with him. However, inquiries are welcome. We will be measuring Super Lee monthly, and we welcome you to join us in watching as this fine young bull matures!
